Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Because some of our items are made-to-order or shipped from different warehouse partners, processing times may vary slightly.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after shipment.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Shipping times may be extended due to high order volume, holidays, customs delays, or carrier issues.

  • LevoraH is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated during promotional periods.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refused delivery

We are not responsible for lost packages. Reshipping fees may apply.

Orders cannot be changed once processing has begun.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, LevoraH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us at orders@levorah.com within 5 days of the last tracking update.

Customs, Duties & International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

  • LevoraH is not responsible for customs delays.

Split Shipments

Some items may ship separately depending on warehouse availability. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for one order.
