LevoraH Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at orders@levorah.com with your order number.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return shipping labels are not provided, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Return's must be shipped to the provided address. You can always contact us at orders@levorah.com with any return-related questions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear

  • Accessories (jewelry, bags, scarves, belts)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

We do not accept returns for items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage caused after delivery.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item or size is to place a new order. If eligible, approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit only

  • Store credit will be sent within 7–10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
